Delivery and Returns

All returns must comply with the warranty terms (unless otherwise instructed). All returns must be accompanied by original invoice and when possible in original packaging along with the warranty slip if applicable. 

In most cases BAS will ask the customer to send the goods back at their cost. In some cases a handling fee might apply and carriage may not be refunded. A replacement product will be issued if possible.

If the damage to the product seems to be caused intentionally a refund may not be issued, and carriage of the product back to customer will not be covered by BAS.

At point of checkout if the carriage quote is £0.00 one of the office staff will be in contact shortly with a carriage quote.

With the fuel costs varying so much around the world it is difficult for us to quote prices that are valid for more than 1 month this is why we must get real time carriage quotes so we can get you the customer the best price.
